Potential clients often contact me saying they have tried everything to resolve their symptoms, have been told there is nothing wrong with them or that no more can be done but still have ongoing nagging symptoms. When our hormones are out of balance especially our thyroid and adrenal (stress) hormones, we may exeprience a number of symptoms which are poorly understood, often undiagnosed (e.g underactive thyroid) and leave us feeling exhausted, overweight, “wired but tired” and generally overwhelmed.
I am passionate about female health and enabling women to live as vibrant a life as possible no matter what age, genetics, environmental or other factors may be impacting their health and lifestyle. I often see clients especially women who do not prioritise their health, ignoring niggling signs and symptoms as they are too busy keeping all the plates spinning, only to reach a point when they realise enough is enough and they want to regain control and be coached on their journey back to health.
Symptoms that I often work with include (but are not limited to) – underactive Thyroid and Adrenal (stress) symptoms, resistant weight loss and fat around the middle, digestive disturbances, PMS, PCOS and menopausal changes, energy and emotional disturbances.
